Besos del Sol is a stunning, modern, luxurious 4 bedroom 5.5 bathroom house located in Iyari development, within the exclusive gated resort community of Punta Mita. Punta Mita is just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport.
Besos del Sol has ocean views and sleeps 8-12 guests comfortably. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, featuring 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). Guests can enjoy all the amenities located inside the Punta Mita resort with our PREMIER GOLF MEMBERSHIP, allowing access to all the beach clubs and 2 Jack Nicklaus Championship Golf Courses. Two large principal suites, one above the other, and two guest suites can sleep 8-10 adults comfortably or 6 adults with 6 children. One principal suite can be found on entry level next to a guest suite with two queen-size beds which both have direct access to the pool terrace. A second principal suite is upstairs sharing a furnished sea-view balcony with another guest suite with a king-size bed and two upper single bunks making it ideal for families.
The serene, minimalist beach atmosphere continues into the bedrooms, inviting the captivating sea views to take center stage. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to maximize the stunning vistas, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of their surroundings.
The bathrooms are equally lovely, featuring spacious layouts, wooden details and tempered glass accents that lend a touch of warmth and elegance.
