  100% REFUND: Rental Fees are 100% refundable to Guest upon CASA COLA DE BALLENA receipt of Guests written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than four (4) months prior to the Arrival Date

  ·50% REFUND: Rental Fees are 50% refundable to Guest upon CASA SINGITA receipt of Guests written notice of termination of this Agreement between four (4) months and no later than two (2) months prior to the Arrival Date

  ·0% REFUND: Rental Fees are NOT refundable to Guest upon CASA SINGITA when the notice of termination of this Agreement is communicated WITH less than two (2) months prior to the Arrival Date, or it is NOT communicated at all (no-show)

  SECURITY DEPOSIT:

  100% REFUND: Security deposit is 100% refundable in any case when the Guest does not occupy COLA DE BALLENA and after no damages are found at the property after 2 days of departure
